This week we caught up with Alyssa Marchese.

Q: What do you do at Public Label?
A: I am the Office Manager at the Public Label Mississauga Office. My role is to ensure that the office runs smoothly. This includes things like overseeing office equipment, maintenance and repair, as well as replacement of missing supplies, create relationships with suppliers and clients, and provide support to all employees and management. I am also a member of a of our Social Committee with a group of incredible coworkers!
Q: What do you like the most about Public Label?
A: I recently celebrated my 6 year anniversary here. Public Label has allowed me to not only learn about the company, agency, and clients but also has allowed me to grow and work towards my career.
Q: Tips for anyone looking to get into your line of work?
A: Got to be a people person! Being a “people person” is a natural quality that you are born with; it cannot be learned. I get to be my authentic self at work and this is why I enjoy what I do.
Q: If you could be anyone for a week, who would it be?
A: Neil Armstrong the first astronaut on the moon and his journey in making history. To understand what it must have felt like to experience being able to set foot on something that was not on earth.
Q: What is one fun fact about yourself?
A: My passion for classic cars, I could talk to someone for hours about them whether it be on what kind of transmission is being used to the small detailed changes year over year within the models.
